To recognise and reward call centre staff working in the financial sector. An evening event with a short company briefing followed by a gala dinner, awards and entertainment. With a predominantly young delegate audience, an exciting and VIP atmosphere had to be created and transportation and accommodation provided for 80% of attendees. 200 guest in total.
+ 4* hotel in the heart of the busy city centre. Décor and style of the hotel popular with younger guests.
+ The majority of the delegates where collected from the call centre in luxury coaches. Helping to create the air of excitement before the event. On arrival at the hotel all guest luggage was collected and allocated for room drop, so that bags would be ready in rooms later in the day.
+ All guests were welcomed with refreshments before attending a company briefing in the hotel ballroom. The room was set with a full set, stage, screen, lighting and sound system. The set and stage dressed in the company colours displaying the company logo and the name of the awards celebration.
+ After the briefing guests where given their pre-allocated room keys and given time to refresh for dinner. The plenum room was turned around from conference set up to dinner. Pre-dinner drinks were served and a jazz trio entertained the group, before all were seated for a grand 4course dinner in the hotel ballroom.
+ After dinner, the company CEO hosted an awards ceremony. 16 awards categories were announced, recognising team players, account managers and outstanding achievements. Each winner was given a bespoke design glass award engraved with his or her name and the company logo. The night concluded with a lively performance from a popular local band and guests danced the night away.
+ The following morning all guest were coached back to call centre, and they departed at leisure.
